Service Centre We are a service centre for several leading brands including Allen & Heath. We also carry out speaker re-coning for many popular speaker brands and manufacture specialist cables. If it's broken and you can't fit the faulty item into the back of your car or van we can come to you. We also provide on-site maintenance supporting live entertainment venues, places of worship, bars, clubs, visitor attractions, local government chambers, museums, galleries and leisure parks. Monday to Friday including the first hour on site between 10am - 4pm is £80. We reserve the right to charge for additional travel time as may be required. Our hire stock is available to customers using our maintenance/repair service at discounted rates, while your equipment is being repaired. We also carry MARK BASS courtesy bass heads available on loan 'free of charge' if your bass guitar amplification is being repaired by Music Room Solutions. Terms & Conditions* apply.
We offer a set up and adjustment service for guitars. The cost is from just £40 plus VAT for six string guitars which includes a new set of strings. For bass guitar £55 plus VAT. It does not cover broken or warn parts. We also offer Re-fretting services, rewiring and replacement pick-up services. For all other stringed instruments please call.
Music Room Solutions are Pearl Drum specialists and we keep a wide range of essential spares and accessories for Pearl Drums in stock so please call us to discuss your requirements. We also stock plenty of affordable stands, stools and pedals, sticks, rods and brushes from the Pearl range. Drum re-heading and tuning service available by appointment only. If you are intending to bring something in for repair please download our WORKSHOP REPAIR SHEET, fill it out and bring it with you when you come.
*Work Shop Terms & Conditions: Our charges for diagnosis and repairs are based on an hourly rate of £40 plus parts and VAT, with part hours charged accordingly. There is a minimum charge of £40 plus parts and VAT for all work. Equipment with no fault found following investigation will still be subject to our hourly charge (£40 plus VAT per hour). Estimates will not be given for repairs under £80 as the contract assumes that the customer wishes the repair work to be undertaken. We aim to complete all repairs within 15 working days (3 weeks) but this is not guaranteed as it is dependent on availability of parts and/or suppliers’ lead time. All electronic equipment leaves our workshop with a free PAT test and label. Failure to collect equipment left for repair with MusicRoomSolutions Ltd for more than 90 calendar from the date when the customer is notified that the equipment is ready and available for collection will result in the equipment becoming the property of Music Room Solutions Ltd and/or disposed of. Parts and labour are covered by Music Room Solutions Ltd warranty for 90 calendar days from the completion of the date of the repair unless covered by any other warranty or customer insurance. Damage Liability: Music Room accepts no liability for goods damaged in transit to or from our premises. All goods shall remain with Music Room Solutions Ltd and will not be available for return to the customer until payment in full is received. |
