Chiara returns to The Old Library with another creative band. Blue Monk is a piano-less jazz trio that explores the sound of the blues and traditional jazz standards in a chord-less environment. That puts any jazz fan on tenterhooks.

About Jazz Series at The Old Library

Inspired by the gritty, arty culture of New Cross Gate, and the Old Library itself, Taran has put together a series of very exciting jazz gigs. The Credo of this series is to bring to the neighborhood very high quality jazz that is also fun. Veterans of the London jazz and improv scene will play on the same stage as some very promising young talent. This is jazz with an edge. And it swings. Hard.
