Chiara Spigariol is a young drummer and composer that mixes modern jazz with folk and Latin music. Her original music is often inspired by stories and legends and is characterized by a light and elegant sound. They will leave you wanting more.

Inspired by the gritty, arty culture of New Cross Gate, and the Old Library itself, Taran has put together a series of very exciting jazz gigs. The Credo of this series is to bring to the neighborhood very high quality jazz that is also fun. Veterans of the London jazz and improv scene will play on the same stage as some very promising young talent. This is jazz with an edge. And it swings. Hard.
