leisure fm are an alternative dream-pop infused duo consisting of twins Milena and Weronika Szymanek.
Born in Poland, they moved to Wales as children, and now call South East London home. Driven by late-night contemplation and an experimental spirit, they started producing music in their bedrooms in March 2020 to combat lockdown blues.
They draw inspiration from dream-pop, post-punk, shoegaze and trip-hop, yet leisure fm is a completely unique sound. Their music is full of moody, melancholic reflections and poetic ruminations set to a hazy, hypnotising backdrop of guitars, synths and mesmerising vocals.
leisure fm also DJ regularly, having started out playing at warehouse raves and then hosting a monthly show on RTM radio.
