Punk blues legends Stage Door Guy are proud to announce the launch of their new album 'Stage Door Guy Beach Party' on Saturday 2nd September.
Inspired by Dr John Cooper Clarke, Lemn Sissay, The Dead Kennedys and blues guitar legend Snooks Eaglin, the third album 'Beach party' goes to some strange places and stays there.
To celebrate the occasion, Stage Door Guy are holding a party at their favourite venue - The Old Library @ Music Room London, in New Cross Gate.
They are overjoyed to be joined by special guests Maddie Adderley and Pete Thomas.
Maddie is on the way to becoming one of the UK's leading jazz and pop singers. Having already played The Jazz Cafe in Camden, and having released a number of acclaimed and hugely popular singles (the latest being 'Portrait', she is without a doubt going to be a major big selling recording artist. This is a wonderful opportunity to see her perform before the inevitable rise.
Pete Thomas is a singer-songwriter and a rare beast who doesn't do social media. With incredible vocals and sharp lyrics, he has worked extensively in British TV and theatre, and regularly busks across London to great success.
